About NoteStream
NoteStream is an AI work queue built by Ryan Mack in Salt Lake City. Learn who is behind it, why it exists, what it does today and how to reach the team.
Who builds NoteStream
NoteStream is built by Ryan Mack, a founder based in Salt Lake City. Ryan spent more than 12 years running technical programs in US Air Force cyber defense, Intelligence Community DevSecOps platforms serving over 100,000 users, autonomous vehicles and neurotech.
He holds an MBA from Notre Dame and a BS in Civil Engineering from WPI, and carries the CISSP and PMP certifications.
Why it exists
Ideas and tasks show up everywhere: in a meeting, on a walk, in an inbox. Most of them got lost between five different apps, and the work handed to AI tools came back scattered across chat windows with no single place to review it.
NoteStream started as one text box that catches every thought and decides whether it is a note or a task, so nothing has to be sorted by hand.
What it does today
NoteStream is an AI work queue. You capture thoughts by typing, voice or email; AI files each one as a note or a task; you send tasks to Claude, Claude Code or Lovable; and every result comes back to one review queue.
There is a free plan, and a Pro plan for heavier AI use.
